Getting Started in Jujutsu Incremental

A clean first session on Candescent Games' Roblox incremental — not the other jujutsu idle.

Getting Started

Jujutsu Incremental is a free Roblox incremental RPG from Candescent Games. You train a sorcerer, roll Techniques, Clans, and Traits, finish quests, and fight raid bosses with up to four friends on PC, mobile, Xbox, or PlayStation. This beginner guide is the first hour. It assumes you are in place 100952587881256, not a similarly named idle with a Shop code bar.

If the HUD already looks like a text combat log with Grade ranks, you launched the wrong game. Open the links hub and switch.

Minute 0–5: social setup

Do not punch the first dummy yet.

  1. Like the experience and join Candescent Games. That pair is advertised as a 15% EXP boost. Full clicks are on the group EXP boost page.
  2. Open Settings and redeem whatever strings currently sit on the codes hub. The official redeem path is Settings, explained in how to redeem.
  3. If you play with people, wait until they finish those two steps. Four-player co-op is official; an unboosted friend is still a friend, but they will lag the EXP curve.

This is also the moment to skim controls if anyone is on a console. Settings is easy to miss behind the Roblox overlay.

Minute 5–20: learn the loop, do not max a dead kit

Read the short version of how to play while you walk:

  • Train to generate the EXP the boost multiplies.
  • Fight regular enemies to test a Technique without wiping a raid.
  • Quest for exclusive rewards the description promises.
  • Roll Techniques, Clans, and Traits only when you have a reason.
  • Raid when the party is actually together.

Beginners fail by treating the game like a fighter: they mash, ignore rolls, then spend a code dump on the first legendary-looking Trait. Reverse that. Spend rolls with a plan from rolling. Rank names with the tier list.

Priority for the first account:

  1. A Technique you understand in a dummy fight (see techniques).
  2. A Clan that stays on while you idle in a party (see clans).
  3. A Trait that multiplies the Technique instead of fighting it (see traits).

If you rolled a cursed-spirit identity you like, read cursed spirits before you reroll it away. If you rolled a sorcerer fighter, sorcerers is the parallel page. Do not reroll on vibes after one death.

Minute 20–40: quests before pride

Quests exist to push exclusive rewards into a new account. Do the easy chain while the 15% boost is fresh. Skip a quest that wants a raid you cannot queue. The game is incremental; a locked quest is not a moral failure.

Use training in the gaps. EXP now is rolls later. Rolls later are best builds. Best builds are how raid bosses stop feeling random.

If a quest mentions a menu you cannot find, check UPD 2. The live title is already on its second major drop. Launch-week button advice is stale.

Minute 40–60: one raid, then stop

Queue one raid with up to three other players. Your job as a beginner is to live long enough to press the Technique you kept. You are not the carry. Let a friend with an S kit be the carry. If you have no friends online, still enter a public party rather than soloing a boss designed for four.

After the raid:

  • If you contributed, keep the trio and go back to quests.
  • If you were passenger luggage, change Trait or Clan, not everything at once.
  • If the party wiped on a mechanic you could not even see, that is a controls problem, not a tier-list problem.

Then close the session with the session checklist so tomorrow starts faster.

What not to do on day one

  • Do not install scripts. You do not yet know which identity you are protecting.
  • Do not paste codes from Jujutsu Kaisen Incremental thumbnails.
  • Do not spend Roblox premium currency until you know which roll slot is actually starving.
  • Do not reroll an A-tier Technique because a stranger in chat has an S.
  • Do not skip the group join because “15% is small.” Compounding EXP is the genre.

When hour one ends you should have: boost on, codes attempted, one locked Technique, one Clan plan, one quest reward, and a realistic raid story. Everything else is guides for hour two.
