Jujutsu Incremental Daily Fishing Rewards
A quiet side loop that pays small but consistent cursed energy — and sometimes a rare catch worth noting.
Fishing in Jujutsu Incremental is a daily side activity that rewards cursed energy and occasional rare catches with cosmetic or progression value. It is not the main loop. The main loop is train, fight, quest, roll, raid — described on how to play. Fishing is what you do in the fifteen minutes between a raid and the next session, or while waiting for a party to form.
The fishing system is part of the Candescent Games client (place 100952587881256). It has been in the client since launch. If you are in a different jujutsu incremental, the fishing interface and reward table will be different.
Where to fish
The fishing spot is typically a hub-area location, not a combat zone. Look for a water source in the main spawn area or the zone connected to it. The interaction is not a combat encounter — it is a standalone minigame that does not consume raid tickets or quest flags.
The exact location in the current UPD 2 client is confirmed in-game. If the spot moved after the August 2026 patch, the updates hub will note the change.
How the minigame works
- Approach the water and initiate the fishing interaction.
- Wait for a bite indicator — typically a bobber, ripple, or sound cue.
- Click or press the prompt at the correct moment to catch.
- Receive cursed energy and a catch entry in your log.
The timing window is forgiving on common catches and tighter on rare catches. The controls page covers the correct input for your device.
Daily catches and rewards
Most catches are common and reward a small amount of cursed energy. The daily catch limit is typically three to five before the spot is exhausted for the day. Exhausting the spot does not penalize your account; it simply means the next catch is not worth waiting for.
Reward tiers:
- Common catch — small cursed energy, a few hundred EXP equivalent. Zero rarity.
- Uncommon catch — moderate cursed energy, occasionally a roll fragment (a currency that builds toward a free roll over several days).
- Rare catch — meaningful cursed energy, sometimes a cosmetic or a one-time log entry. Rare catches are logged in the session checklist as a personal record, not a wiki entry.
The rare catch table is not public from Candescent Games. Do not trust a YouTube video that claims to show a definitive rare catch list — those tables are patched regularly and a video from March 2026 is stale for the current UPD 2 client.
How fishing fits into the farming routine
The correct way to use fishing:
Between sessions. If you have a fifteen-minute window before a raid or before you log off, fish the daily limit. The cursed energy is small but compounds over weeks.
While waiting for a party. If you are waiting for a raid party to form, fish at the hub spot rather than training alone. The EXP is smaller than a training node but the activity is active rather than idle, which some players prefer.
Never as a primary farm. The cursed energy per hour from fishing is a fraction of what a good EXP farm session produces. If you are fishing for more than thirty minutes, you are in the wrong loop.
Catches and disambiguation
Other jujutsu incrementals have fishing systems with different rare catch tables, different reward currencies, and different daily limits. Jujutsu Kaisen Incremental by Real Mouse Productions (place 79916693834792) has a fishing system. The Candescent Games fishing system in place 100952587881256 is a separate system. A rare catch from one game does not exist in the other.
If a YouTube thumbnail shows a catch animation that does not match your client, you are in the wrong place ID. Stay on the official links page to confirm you are in the correct game.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common questions.
Where is the fishing spot in Jujutsu Incremental?
The fishing spot is in the hub area near the main spawn. It is a water interaction, not a combat zone. Confirm the exact location in-game.
What rewards do I get from fishing?
Common catches give small cursed energy. Uncommon catches occasionally give roll fragments. Rare catches give meaningful cursed energy and a log entry. The exact table is not public from Candescent Games.
How many times can I fish per day?
Typically three to five catches before the daily spot is exhausted. The exact limit is in-game. After the limit, the catch reward drops to near zero.
Can I fish while waiting for a raid party?
Yes, if the fishing spot is at the hub. Do not fish in a combat zone while waiting — the activity does not pause combat mechanics. See raid bosses and co-op.
